What is Boundaries & Barbells?
Boundaries & Barbells is premium gym apparel built with intention. Our pieces are heavyweight, oversized, and designed to feel substantial — not flimsy, not disposable. Everything is made to perform in the gym and hold up outside of it.
Why are your clothes so heavy?
They’re meant to be. Our gear is designed to feel weighted and structured, not thin or fast-fashion light. Hoodies and fleece pieces use heavyweight materials (up to 500 GSM), while other items are intentionally thicker than standard gym wear. GSM details are listed on each product page so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Are the clothes breathable?
Yes. While the fabrics are heavy and premium, they’re chosen to remain breathable and wearable. You get structure and weight without feeling suffocated during training or daily wear.
How does the fit run?
We recommend washing inside-out on cold and air drying or tumble drying low. Avoid harsh heat to preserve fabric weight, structure, and print quality.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made to order through a premium print-on-demand production partner. This allows us to focus on quality, consistency, and intentional production instead of mass overstock and waste.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping times are typically listed as 10–12 days, but many orders arrive sooner. Because items are made to order, processing and production are part of the timeline. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order details.
What is your return policy?
Because our items are made to order, returns are limited and approval-based.

If you ordered the wrong size or item, please reach out — we’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis, but returns are not guaranteed.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer standard exchanges. In some cases, we may allow an exchange or resale at cost to help recover production expenses, but this is handled individually and is not guaranteed.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Once production begins, we’re unable to change addresses. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address details.
What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe an error occurred, contact the carrier directly. All standard Shopify shipping protections and policies apply.
Do you accept custom requests?
Custom requests may be possible on a limited basis.
Please contact us by email with details. Custom work requires additional production time, added cost, and extended lead times.
